Whether you're new to reformer Pilates or looking to refine your technique, these sessions are a great way to progress with a partner while still receiving focused guidance.

Private sessions are ideal for those who want a customized workout plan and focused instructor support.
You're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer, but I have enough mats and equipment for up to 10 people in a class. All you really need to bring is a small towel and some water.

Not at all! My classes cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. I’ll guide you through modifications to match your fitness level.
You can book your session via the WhatsApp Channel or contact me directly to reserve your spot. Group classes require at least 3 attendees to take place, so please update your booking if you can’t attend.
Payments can be made via EFT (bank transfer). Monthly package payments must be made in advance to secure your spot. Please contact me for banking details if needed.
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for full movement. Avoid clothing with zippers or buttons that could be uncomfortable on the mat or reformer. Pilates classes are done without shoes, but you're welcome to wear socks if you prefer.
